How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Coverfewer Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Coverfewer Roofing
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Coverfewer Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@coverfewer.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
